The Port held the first series of Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) workshops, as part of the Part 150 Study process, to share information about the study’s timeline, projected aircraft noise levels in the surrounding communities, and proposed draft measures aimed at reducing noise. These workshops occurred on: October 17th, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Cedarhurst Elementary School in Burien, October 19th, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at McMicken Heights Elementary School in SeaTac, and October 20th, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Midway Elementary School in Des Moines.
